Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHC) assist the priest and deacon in distributing Holy Communion during Mass, to care facilities, and the homebound.
Faith in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist is core to one who serves in this capacity. Appropriate dress is expected.
